Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, but we may make exceptions for extenuating circumstances.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
